Tuesday:  Classic ski Over Distance 1:00

Wednesday:  Classic Ski / 30 min. warm up / Leg Speeds / 10 min. Cool Down

Thursday:  Leave 8 am for Jackson

Friday:  Classic 10k / Start time 10 am

Saturday:  Skate Sprints /  Start Time 9 am

Sunday:  Off!
