Here is the plan,

Monday:  Skate ski / 30 min. Warm up / Body Possition Drills / 10 min. Cool Down

Tuesday:  Rest Day!

Wednesday:  Classic Ski / 30 min. Warm Up / 30 sec. Gravity Intervals / 10 sec. Cool Down

Thursday:  Skate ski 1:00 Over Distance

Friday:  Classic Active Recovery 45 min.

Saturday:  Skate Active Recovery 45 min. Or Rest Day

Sunday:  Rest Day
